Paid Time Off
We provide paid vacation, sick, and personal time. Also, we provide 10 paid holidays and 4 paid O’Connor Days.*
*Janet O’Connor served as the founding Executive Director and Board Secretary until her retirement from Wilson Language Training in 2003. In honor of Janet’s contribution to the company, the founders gifted the four days following Christmas day as discretionary paid leave. This enduring tribute to Janet’s favorite time of year, “O’Connor Days” allows staff the opportunity for reflection, rest, and quality time with family.
